Queen Bey wants to help ladies get in formation016 Archivespursue a college education, so she's decided to award scholarships to four ambitious, creative, and lucky AF women.
To celebrate the one-year anniversary of Beyoncé's powerful visual album, Lemonade, the singer announced her 2017-2018 Formation Scholars program on Monday, which she hopes will "encourage and support young women who are unafraid to think outside the box and are bold, creative, conscious and confident."

Each school will have the opportunity to offer one scholarship to a driven young woman studying creative arts, music, literature, or African-American studies -- so in other words, to women channeling Bey.
