This time Bristol is the site of the street art and Putin has been replaced with a pink-faced, eyes-half-open Boris Johnson (the former Mayor of London).

The mural was painted by Bristol-based street artists Paintsmiths, Bristol 24/7reports. It was apparently commissioned by We Are Europe -- a group campaigning for Britain to stay in the European Union in the upcoming June referendum.
